Your exact location, what happened, how many people need help and a number they can call back. Follow their instructions and stay on the line until told otherwise.
While help is on the way
Keep yourself safe. Stay with the person if safe to do so, and follow the emergency operator’s first-aid instructions. Do not give food or drinks to someone who is unconscious.
